Unless otherwise advertised on published agendas, regular meetings are held at 7pm on the second Monday of each month, apart from August, when no meeting is held.
Public Participation
At the commencement of all ordinary meetings of the community council, a standing agenda item will be tabled providing opportunity for members of the public to make representations on any agenda items tabled for discussion. This will not, however, provide opportunity for members of the public to participate in debate, or submit questions. Members of the public who have questions they wish to put to the community council, or who wish to communicate with the community council on matters not tabled for discussion, are encouraged to submit these by email to the council Clerk.
